How this QC works
Stage of Job and Stage of PreCom are computed automatically from the manual dev-view gate columns. Primary Hold-Up is also entered by hand and should match where those stages say the project is.
Hold-up stale= the gates moved on but the hold-up wasn't advanced (e.g. Material Delivered is set, but the hold-up still says βDevice delivery pendingβ). Fix the hold-up.
Dev columns stale= the hold-up was moved forward but a gate column wasn't updated (e.g. hold-up says βConstruction scheduledβ but pre-comm isn't complete). Fix the gate column.
Data inconsistency= the computed Stage of Job contradicts Open Dependencies (e.g. it reads βPending Only Permits,β which only happens when a permit dependency is open, but Open Dependencies is βNoneβ). The cached stage is stale β recompute the workbook or correct the dependency cell.
AI QC passdouble-checks every deterministic finding against the live gate values (Sonnet by default, cached per finding). It's advisory: high-confidence false positives are moved to the collapsed section, but the deterministic counts above are never changed β so the History charts stay reproducible. Each false positive it finds is also a signal to harden the underlying rules.
